The Oualidia Shawarma is a fantastic example of how the sauce can make or break a sandwich. It has a smokey, roasted undertone that compliments an already strong Shawarma and french fry platter. I was confident in it’s amazingness when I first had it about 8 months ago, but when I gave it a second go this weekend, I reaffirmed its excellence. If they bottled it, I would have bought enough to make me swim in a t-shirt all summer.
Oualidia also sports a great lagoon, some amazing seafood, and enough crazy little kids on school trips make your head spin.
